Property to let   Landlord Agreement

AGREEMENT ON THE ADVERTISEMENT OF A BUILDING OR LAND (BOTH HEREAFTER CALLED 'A PROPERTY’) BETWEEN AN ESTATE AGENT OR MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC (BOTH HEREAFTER CALLED A LANDLORD) AND SYSTEM ALCHEMY Ltd.

Definition: propertyprovince.com is a web site created by and managed by System Alchemy Ltd - the web site development and management company based in Northern Ireland. For the duration of this agreement, the names 'propertyprovince.com' and 'System Alchemy Ltd'  identify the same System Alchemy Ltd company.

  1. The landlord will register their details on the registration form available on the propertyprovince.com web site, completing all mandatory fields.
  2. The landlord agrees to keep their landlord details and property details held on the propertyprovince.com database up to date and accurate.
  3. The landlord agrees to answer all queries they receive via propertyprovince.com within a period of one week from receipt of the query.
  4. System Alchemy Ltd may at its sole discretion decide whether a landlord should be allowed to advertise property on the propertyprovince.com web site, and may at its sole discretion remove all content supplied by a landlord without notice.
  5. System Alchemy Ltd will email the landord periodically to confirm the landlord email address is functioning correctly and queries are being answered. If the landlord does not respond to this email within a period of one week, System Alchemy Ltd will send a further email to the landlord. If the landlord does not respond to this email, System Alchemy Ltd may remove that landlords' registration details and property details from the propertyprovince.com web site
  6. The landlord confirms that they own the copyright of any photographs supplied to propertyprovince.com by them, or, that they have permission form the copyright owner to supply such photographs to propertyprovince.com
  7. The landlord agrees that the value of any photographs supplied to propertyprovince.com is not more than £10.00 sterling, and that where any disput arises between the landlord and propertyprovince.com, the landlord will not pursue a claim against propertyprovince.com seeking payment of more than £10.00 in settlement of that claim.
  8. While we will endeavour to provide continuity of service in advertising property, propertyprovince.com do not guarantee any level of service when advertising property.
  9. Property details will not be added to the propertyprovince.com database until all fees payable by the landlord to propertyprovince.com have been paid in full.
  10. While propertyprovince.com will endeavour to ensure that details entered into the database match those supplied by the landlord and may correct any wrong entries, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, propertyprovince.com shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of services provided by propertyprovince.com
  11. In the event of any dispute between the landlord and propertyprovince.com, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the maximum liability of propertyprovince.com shall be no greater than the total fees paid by the landlord to propertyprovince.com.
  12. In the event of the landlord deciding to withdraw their property advertisement from the propertyprovince.com web site, no refund of fees shall be payable by propertyprovince.com to the vendor.
  13. The agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
